As the leading independent renewable energy company from Scotland, GreenPower would like to issue an open invite to visit our stand (D58) at the All-Energy event on 14th and 15th May at the SEC in Glasgow, where the spotlight will be on our ambitious plans to develop a UK-wide network of Green Hydrogen production facilities.
You will have the opportunity to explore detailed plans for our consented Argyll Hydrogen Hub, located in Oban, as well as learn more about the broader network of projects currently in development.
Paul Gill, our Business Development Manager for hydrogen, commented:
“This is an exciting time for the emerging hydrogen economy in the UK. We have abundant and expanding renewable energy resources to produce truly green hydrogen. That’s the future we believe in, and that’s what we’re committed to delivering. It’s not just about production, we are also working throughout the potential hydrogen distribution supply chain and with customers to gear up for using this green energy resource.”
GreenPower recently welcomed the approval of our planning application to establish a Green Hydrogen production and distribution centre at the Glenshellach Industrial Estate in Oban, Argyll and Bute. This facility will use renewable electricity to power the electrolysis of water, producing zero-carbon hydrogen to support decarbonisation across multiple sectors.
The Argyll Hydrogen Hub has the potential to replace fossil fuels in ferries, HGVs, buses, trains, industrial processes, and heating systems throughout the region. GreenPower is also actively developing a hydrogen production network across the UK, as well as at our other renewable energy sites.
Join us at the All-Energy Exhibition and Conference 2025 to learn more about how GreenPower is driving the green hydrogen transition and how we can deliver your hydrogen requirements or get in touch through enquiries@greenpowerhydrogen.com.
