On the day that the UK closed its last coal fired power station, GreenPower celebrated by setting up our new marquee complete with its ‘climate stripes’.
These stripes help to visually portray global temperature trends from 1850 to the present day.
Renewable energy is the bedrock of the fight against climate change, driving the transition to cleaner power sources. It is our hope that in the future, the work that we do will change the look of these climate stripes, as we hope to stunt the continuing rise of global temperatures.
