The RSPB’s Nature of Scotland Awards Dinner was held on the 28 November and is the chance to recognise those who dedicate their time and effort to help nature thrive.

With over 400 guests in attendance the evening was a great chance to celebrate and enjoy the wonderful films that showcased some of the amazing wildlife that Scotland is home to.

The Best Community Initiative which GreenPower sponsor, was again being decided by public vote and GreenPower staff and guests were delighted to see the Award go to ‘CLP Nature Action – The Power of Collaboration, For People, For Nature, For Climate‘

CLP stands for – Charlestown, Limekilns and Pattiesmuir. These are all coastal communities who are working together to deliver a range of nature conservation projects. By taking action for nature local people are also helping to make these villages more resilient and sustainable for the future.
