New Land & Estates Manager for GreenPower

Leading Scottish independent renewable energy company GreenPower (International) Ltd has strengthened its team with the appointment of Gervase Topp as its new Land & Estates Manager.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Gervase brings considerable experience from his years advising private and public sector clients. Gervase joins a team of highly experienced development managers, complementing their technical and management skills with valuation and negotiation expertise.

Gervase is the fifth appointment at GreenPower since the start of lockdown in 2020 and reflects the growing commitment of the company to deliver its ambitious growth plans and to play its full part in tackling the climate emergency through renewable energy development.

Gervase said: “I am delighted to be joining such a forward-looking company. I am looking forward to working with landowners to deliver new sites for onshore renewables including solar and wind,  and to be part of GreenPower’s drive to deliver emerging green technologies such as hydrogen and innovative projects that can power heating and transport.”
